DNA tests identify remains of Hermann Göring’s first wife

Remains found in a coffin on the German estate of Hermann Göring have been identified as having belonged to his first wife, Carin Fock. “Adolf Hitler liked her. She has been called the mascot of the Nazi party,” Marie Allen, professor of forensic genetics at Uppsala University, Sweden, and colleagues wrote in the journal PLoS Read story
